TREASURE HUNT RULES / AGREEMENT

1) THE EVENT 

The Treasure hunt event will take place starting on  April 10, 2025 and we are planning to end on or before April 10, 2026.

Norman Pardo will reveal extremely complicated Clues, Riddles, Maps and/or Ciphers during the Treasure Hunt that will need to be decoded / solved in order to enter or win various prizes from the Urban Core Institute, Inc’s. Treasure Hunt.

2) CANCELLATION POLICY

a. Participants of the Treasure Hunt are entitled to leave the Treasure Hunt at any given time.

b. The Urban Core Institute, Inc. is also entitled to cancel this Treasure Hunt event at any given time.

c. In the event of cancellation by Urban Core Institute, Inc.:  In this case, no refunds will be given for any reason.

3) DISPUTE RESOLUTION ALTERNATIVES

Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, this Treasure Hunt Agreement shall be submitted to arbitration/mediation/negotiation in accordance with and subject to the laws of Florida.

4) INDEMNIFICATION & RULES

ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE TREASURE HUNT MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ENTERING THE TREASURE HUNT OR EVENT IN ANY WAY. YOU MUST AGREE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO RELEASE NORMAN PARDO, URBAN CORE INSTITUTE, INC., ITS EMPLOYEES, SPONSORS, OR PARTNERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR LAWSUITS FROM YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY RELATED TO YOU PARTICIPATING IN THIS TREASURE HUNT EVENT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 

1) You fully understand that you are participating in this Treasure Hunt and/or event at your own risk.

2) By entering this Treasure Hunt or event, all Clients and/or participants hold harmless Norman Pardo,  Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors, partners, etc. 

3) Participants in this Treasure Hunt agree not to make any legal claims against Norman Pardo, Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors or partners for any damages, expenses, injuries or losses.

4) All participants in this Treasure Hunt or event also agree to indemnify Norman Pardo, Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors, partners regarding any third party damages or legal actions the Clients and/or participant may be subject to. 

5) You understand and agree that the Urban Core Institute, Inc. Treasure Hunt or event can be cancelled at any time with no reason especially relating to but not limited to bank closures, depressions, server issues, government actions, elections, wars, acts of God, natural disasters, etc. and no refunds will be given.

6) All participants in the Treasure Hunt must also agree to all the rules, qualifications etc. including updated legal information set forth within any Urban Core Institute, Inc. web portals to enter into the treasure hunt event including UrbanCoreInstitute.com. All rules, regulations and legal information regarding the Treasure Hunt or event may be updated online from time to time without notice. 

Only participants in the Treasure Hunt that agree to release Norman Pardo, Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors, partners, etc. from any liabilities, law suits etc. will be allowed to participate, enter or win anything.

RULES REGARDING THE TREASURE HUNT

1) All participants that find a key must be personally present with their key at the opening of the Treasure Chest to win.

2) All participants (YOU) that find a KEY must be willing to go on stage in front of the public (TV) to try their key in the lock to gain access to the Treasure (chest).

3) All participants (YOU) understand there are ten (10) KEYS in this treasure hunt but only one (1) KEY fits the lock to the Tapes (chest), it may not be the key you found.

4) NO employee or associate of Urban Core Institute, Inc. including family members and business partners, associates etc. will be eligible to enter or win anything regarding the treasure hunt.

Only participants that agree (VIA EMAIL) to this Treasure Hunt Agreement releasing Norman Pardo, Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors, partners, etc. from any/all liabilities, law suits etc. will be allowed to enter, win or participate in this Treasure Hunt

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. THE HUNT IS SIMPLE:    Only 1 key opens the Chest containing  Norman's loot. His personal collection of OJ’s most embarrassing  moments, his unfiltered thoughts about life, women, drugs and kinky sex.

2. The final lucky 10 key holders will get their chance to unlock the Treasure Chest in a  spectacular live event! 

3. IF ANY KEY HOLDER IS FOUND TO BE FAMILY MEMBER, COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE HUNT, THE WINNER OF THE TREASURE HUNT WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.  

4. If you can outwit Norman and find all 10 keys this is what you get!   All you have to do is  decipher the clues and puzzles hidden in various locations meaning anywhere and VOILA !!!….You get it all!!    Norman's Camera, Autographed Photo of OJ Simpson and Norman Pardo with Norman's Camera, and Norman Pardo's Huge Collection of OJ Simpson Footage/Tapes!

5. When does the treasure hunt end?  April 10, 2026 is the planned ending for the Treasure Hunt, etc. 

The  Treasure Hunt or event can be cancelled at any time with no reason especially relating to but not limited to bank closures, depressions, government actions, elections, wars, acts of God, natural disasters, etc.,  Urban Core Institute, Inc. reserves the right to end the Treasure Hunt at any time with no advance notice and no refunds will be given.

6.  NO employee or associate of Urban Core Institute, Inc. including family members and business partners, associates etc. will be eligible to enter or win anything regarding the treasure hunt.

7. Only participants that agree (VIA EMAIL) they have read our Treasure Hunt Agreement and to release Urban Core Institute, Inc. and its employees, sponsors, partners, etc. from any liabilities, law suits etc. will be allowed to enter, win or participate in this treasure hunt
